Do you sell online?

Hard Headed is exclusively a brick and mortar retail store. We believe that proper fit is the most important factor when choosing a new helmet, pair of goggles, or other similar gear. If it doesn’t fit you properly, it won’t protect you properly. The only way to make sure a helmet fits properly is to try it on. As such, we only sell from our retail location in downtown Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our dedication to Expert fitting means you can be confident that you’re getting the right gear for who you are and what you do.

Do you have _____ in stock?

Please give us a call, or send us an email! We’ll let you know if we have something specific on hand, or if we can special order it for you.

You can visit our Brand and Products page to explore some of our product selection but please reach out to inquire about specific sizes and colors.

Can you help me with my current helmet?

Sure thing! If your current helmet is giving you headaches or you’re not sure if it’s still good, bring it in and we’ll take a look. Sometimes we can adjust or replace pads to get a better fit, help you warranty replacement parts, or let you know if it’s time to be replaced.

Can you do special orders?

We sure can! Give us a call or send us a message and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for.

Do you ship?

We sure do! If you can’t fit your helmet or goggles in your luggage and would like to send it home, we’re happy to help. We do want to make sure you’re getting something that fits though, so we mostly ship to customers who visit us in-store first. Give us a call for more info!
